Join us for our Heart Opening Yoga & Meditation Retreat in upstate NY this October. We will share yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection practices that foster a more compassionate attitude toward ourselves and awaken our capacity to love more deeply.
Our schedule includes daily morning meditation, vinyasa yoga classes, deep stretching sessions, guided relaxation, mindfulness, and loving kindness practices along with time for rest, walks in the woods, wonderful plant-based meals and plenty of warm friendship. You may stay for either two or three nights.
