Please join us for our Calm Mind, Open Heart Winter Yoga & Meditation Retreat in the Dominican Republic this February. We will share yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and self-reflection practices that foster a more compassionate, forgiving attitude toward ourselves and others so that we can stay in touch with inner peace and open our hearts to all of life.
Our schedule includes daily morning meditation, vinyasa yoga classes, deep stretching sessions, guided relaxation, mindfulness, and compassion and loving kindness practices along with time for rest, walks on the beach, wonderful meals and warm friendship.
