Yoga Nidra invites a state of awareness between wakefulness and sleep. This practice of stillness is offered in Savasana pose with dim lighting, soft healing sounds, and supportive props. Immerse yourself in this thoughtfully guided, meditative practice and awaken to the restorative nature of deep rest, tranquility, and wholeness.

Comfortable and loose fitting clothing is suggested. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
