We look forward to setting aside this special time on a Sunday evening for exploration and expression. Our Yoga & Journaling Workshop offers gentle mindful movement, guided visualization, meditation, journaling prompts and dedicated time for self-reflection and personal expression through writing.

Journaling can be such a wonderful way to deepen our awareness, shift our perspective, and gain insight and clarity.
