Please join us as we settle into the fall season with a deeply restful, restorative stretching practice, offered in the glow of a candlelit room accompanied by guided meditation and therapeutic essential oils.
We will share a relaxing series of gentle postures to stretch and rehabilitate muscles and connective tissue while allowing time for mindful self-reflection. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat if possible, as well as a yoga block and a yoga strap if you have them.
Note that we limit the number of spots for this class so refunds are not available for cancellations less than 3 hours prior to the class time.
Fee: $20/person (our class passes/subscriptions do not apply to this special class.)
