Settle into Savasana pose and relax into a thoughtfully-guided meditative practice of stillness offered in the radiance of candlelight and healing sound. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring one or two blankets and a pillow since you will be lying still on your back for at least one hour and it is helpful to have a little extra cushioning.
