We are so excited to resume our Saturday morning Donation-Based Outdoor Yoga classes at 11 am in the serene setting of Herrontown Woods. Our heart opening Vinyasa flow sessions bring breath and movement together in harmony with the healing power of nature.
Princeton's first nature preserve, the 142-acre Herrontown Woods offers over three miles of walking trails, a botanical art garden, and a stream that flows through a boulder-strewn, mature forest. We will meet in front of the historic Veblen House and Cottage.
All ages and levels of yoga experience are welcome. Rest and modifications are encouraged. Class Donations will support Friends of Herrontown Woods' ongoing efforts to create a place of restoration and growth for the Princeton community. A big thank you to Adrian Colarusso for organizing these weekly classes.
We will have some yoga mats available to borrow, but please bring your own mat if you have one, along with a water bottle and sunscreen.
