We look forward to setting aside this special time on a Sunday evening for exploration and expression. Our Yoga & Journaling Workshop offers gentle mindful movement, guided visualization, meditation, journaling prompts and dedicated time for self-reflection and personal expression through writing.
Journaling can be such a wonderful way to deepen our awareness, shift our perspective, and gain insight and clarity. I look forward to seeing what we will discover and create together.
Please bring a journal or some paper, and your favorite pens, pencils, markers, or crayons. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
Note that we limit the number of spots for this class so refunds are not available for cancellations less than 3 hours prior to the class time.
