This June, we look forward to taking our practice outdoors to Historical Society of Princeton’s lovely Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road on Wednesdays at 6 pm on 6/4, 6/11, 6/18, and 6/25. Our donation-based all-levels Vinyasa Flow classes are open to all skill levels. We look forward to being together at the close of the day and lifting up our intentions.

In the event of rain, we can take our yoga practice indoors into the property’s beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse overlooking the fields. Please use the paved driveway - not the gravel one- when entering from Quaker Road. Also, please bring along a yoga mat if you have one.
