I am sorry to say that our Outdoor Yoga at Updike Farmstead has been CANCELED for 6/19 due to the heat advisory.

I hope you might choose to join us at our studio (86 Nassau Street, 2nd floor) tomorrow evening at 6 pm for a Vinyasa Flow practice.

Please join us at this lovely venue at 6pm on Wednesday evenings on 6/26. We will meet at Historical Society of Princeton’s lovely Updike Farmstead on Quaker Road for a donation-based all-levels Vinyasa Flow classes. All ages and skill levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Use the paved driveway - not the gravel one - when entering from Quaker Road.

* NOTE: In the EVENT OF RAIN, we can move our practice into the beautifully restored barn overlooking fields of preserved farmland.
