Candlelight Yin Yoga

Release tension and welcome rejuvenation with a series of floor postures designed to stretch and rehabilitate muscles and mindful reflections to calm the central nervous system. We will use breath and visualization to reveal holding patterns in the body, limiting thoughts, and difficult emotions that prevent us from opening fully to our present moment experience. Take some time to create space in the body, mind, and heart, and rest in the fullness of loving awareness. This restorative stretching practice is offered in the serenity of a candlelit room, supported by props and enhanced by therapeutic essential oils. We look forward to practicing together.
