Welcome tranquility and peace with this restorative deep stretching practice, offered in the warmth of a candlelit room accompanied by guided meditation and therapeutic essential oils.
Experience a series of floor postures held for two to six minutes to stretch and rehabilitate connective tissue while allowing time for self-reflection and meditation. No yoga experience necessary.
