Breathwork Workshop

  • Gratitude Yoga Princeton 86 Nassau Street, 2nd floor Princeton USA (map)

Join Daphne for a powerful breathwork session designed to clear stagnant energy, release what no longer serves you, and invite renewed vitality. In this 1-hour workshop, we will explore the science and art of breathwork through the active technique of Conscious Connected Breathwork—a rhythmic, two-inhale, one-exhale sequence. You will be guided into an energized state that stirs emotion, deepens consciousness, and unlocks powerful shifts within. Set to music, this session supports both inner release and outward transformation.

The session concludes with a deeply relaxing meditation to integrate the breathwork experience, followed by time for reflection and community sharing. Please wear comfortable clothing; some yoga mats and blankets are provided, though bringing your own is recommended. This workshop is for anyone looking to deepen their meditation practice, release tension, and experience a potent sense of transformation. This workshop is not recommended for those who are pregnant or anyone with cardiovascular disease, severe hypertension, epilepsy, glaucoma, retinal detachment, recent surgeries, recent physical injuries, or severe mental health issues. If you have asthma, please bring your inhaler.
