Please join us for a deeply restful, restorative stretching practice, offered in the glow of a candlelit room accompanied by guided meditation and therapeutic essential oils.
We will share a relaxing series of gentle postures to stretch and rehabilitate muscles and connective tissue while allowing time for mindful self-reflection. No yoga experience necessary. All are welcome.
Please bring a yoga mat if possible, as well as a yoga block and a yoga strap if you have them.
