Feel so exhausted? Keep getting headaches? Experience digestive issues? Why do I keep repeating behaviors that aren’t good for me? During this experiential workshop of healing and self-discovery, you will learn how to see your emotional and physical state-of- being through the lens of your energy body and rhythms. And you will experience the intelligence of the body to readily return to a state of harmony and balance, once you tap into your own energy reserves. There will be plenty of time to learn and practice self-care practices to help you balance your energy, and you will leave with a packet of self-care tools, so that you can continue at-home.
